Dear Candidates We are looking for a Advisor in Medical Advisory Services at Fixed Term Appointment Contract for The L&T Employee Trust ( LTET ). Someone who has retired from active services or is in 50-55 yr age range will be preferable. The L&T Employee Trust (LTET) is a private trust that promotes welfare activities for the benefit of current and retired employees of L&T and its group entities. Since its establishment in August 2003, the trust has introduced various schemes in the areas of education, sports, medical needs and more. Job Description: Advisor (Fixed Term Appointment) Position: Advisor Engagement Type: Fixed Term Appointment (FTA) Location: AMN Tower, Mumbai 1. Role Overview: The Advisor will provide specialized subject matter expertise and strategic guidance to the Trustees of L&T Employees Trust and Larsen & Toubro Public Charitable Trust, particularly in areas related to medical and healthcare projects. This role involves driving key healthcare initiatives, ensuring effective project execution, and maintaining confidentiality in all Trust-related matters. The Advisor will play a critical role in supporting the Trusts efforts to enhance medical and healthcare services within its charitable objectives. 2. Key Responsibilities: Medical Advisory Services: Provide expert advice on healthcare-related projects and medical infrastructure initiatives undertaken by the Trust. Guide Trustees on planning, developing, and evaluating healthcare programs, ensuring alignment with the Trusts mission and community needs. Offer insights on emerging trends, medical advancements, and best practices to enhance the effectiveness of healthcare initiatives. Project Oversight & Operational Support: Oversee the execution of medical projects, ensuring timely delivery of key deliverables. Be available for three (3) working days per week at AMN Tower, Mumbai to support ongoing operations and project reviews. Collaborate with internal teams, medical professionals, and Trustees to ensure smooth implementation of healthcare projects. Stakeholder Management: Engage with healthcare providers, medical consultants, and external partners to facilitate collaboration and secure expert input where necessary. Support Trustees in building strategic alliances within the medical and healthcare ecosystem to enhance the Trusts reach and impact. Compliance & Data Governance: Ensure strict confidentiality in handling sensitive healthcare data, patient-related information, financial records, and Trust processes. Submit monthly bills (in the provided format) to the Shared Services Centre, Chennai, duly approved for timely payment processing. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and tax laws, including providing GST registration details (if applicable) for reimbursement. 3. Desired Profile: Extensive experience (15+ years) in the medical, healthcare, or hospital administration field ideally in a senior leadership, advisory, or consulting role. Proven track record in planning, advising, and overseeing large-scale healthcare projects, preferably within philanthropic trusts, charitable hospitals, or healthcare organizations. In-depth knowledge of healthcare systems, medical infrastructure development, regulatory standards, and emerging medical technologies. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills to effectively engage with Trustees, medical professionals, and external partners. Demonstrated integrity and discretion in handling confidential healthcare data and sensitive trust-related information.
