Job Description

Position: Medical Officer Qualification: MBBS from a recognized Institute by the Medical Council of India. ReponsResponsibilitiesibilities To provide treatment for the ailing Associates To prescribe appropriate medicine to the patients. To provide first aid to the Associates in any emergency and accompany the patient the hospitals for further treatment To conduct in - house health awareness programs for the Associates. To conduct regular health check-up for creche children and record the same in their health records. To conduct medical examinations of new joiners. To report to Incharge regarding the happenings in the dispensary. To assist HR team in the Medical camps/Blood Donation camps organized. To organize health awareness programs for the Associates. Responsible for the maintenance of the dispensary. To procure medicines for the dispensary to the treatment of common health problems, through the purchase department. To guide the Nurses in the dispensary in carrying out their routine tasks. Required skills: Good Interpersonal skills, and Communication skills and service mentality. Willingness to work with diversified groups of employees including staff and non-staff categories
