Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Advertiser Manager (BD & Growth) to join our team in Jasola, Sarita Vihar, Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with publishers for CPA & CPL offers, conducting market research, and supporting our affiliate marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads and identify potential Brands, Agencies, Networks looking to Advertise their products, services.

Deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders and clients.

Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends and growth opportunities.

Develop and manage partnerships to drive CPA/CPL revenue growth.

Create and implement strategic plans to optimize Campaign performance.

Build strong relationships with partners, providing ongoing support and communication.

Analyze affiliate data to evaluate performance and suggest improvements.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, tech, operations) to align on goals and strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas effectively.

Proven experience in lead generation and market research.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.

Familiarity with CPA and CPL models is highly desirable.

Experience in affiliate marketing is a strong plus.
