Advertising Executive

Role Overview:

The Advertisement Associate will support the marketing team in planning, developing, and executing advertising campaigns across multiple media platforms. This role requires creativity, organizational skills, and strong coordination with both internal team and external agencies to deliver campaigns that align with the strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.

• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for creative development, media buying, and campaign execution.

• Ensure all campaigns align with brand guidelines and organizational objectives.

• Track, monitor, and analyze campaign performance, preparing reports for management review.

• Contribute to creative brainstorming and provide innovative ideas for advertising concepts.

• Support the creation of marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, banners, and digital ads.

• Manage timelines, budgets, and ensure timely delivery of all advertising activities.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of advertising concepts and media planning (offline & online campaigns) and understanding of the calculations of CPM, CTR, etc for monitoring and reporting.

• Basic knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Creative mindset with attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in advertising/marketing (agency or corporate).

• Freshers with strong internship experience may also be considered.
