Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for an Advertiser Sales Manager at our Gurugram location. The Person will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with clients across Global Market, and managing advertising campaigns based on Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Cost Per Sale (CPS) models & other Affiliate Marketing models such as CPI, CPA & Pay per call. The role includes negotiating contracts, analyzing campaign performance, and ensuring client satisfaction by delivering measurable results.

Qualifications

• Sales experience, particularly in digital marketing and performance marketing/ Affiliate Marketing
• Proficiency in building and managing client relationships
• Knowledge of CPS/ CPL/CPA/CPI & Pay per call vertical
• Analytical skills to review and optimize campaign performance
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Familiarity with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
• Experience in the marketing or advertising industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
