Position Overview

The Advertisement Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and executing advertising strategies to strengthen brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. The role involves managing campaigns across digital and traditional media, coordinating with creative teams, and optimizing ad performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement advertising strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor ad campaigns across digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.) and traditional media (print, outdoor, radio, etc.).
  • Create campaign calendars for promotions, seasonal events, and brand marketing.
  • Coordinate with designers, content creators, and external agencies for creative development.
  • Allocate budgets, track spending, and ensure cost-effective ad placements.
  • Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly reports.
  • Manage brand communication and ensure consistency across all advertisements.
  • Identify market trends, competitor activities, and new advertising opportunities.
  • Oversee ad copywriting, visual guidelines, and quality checks before release.
  • Support sales and marketing teams with promotional materials and marketing collaterals.
  • Build relationships with media partners, vendors, and advertising agencies.
  • Ensure compliance with advertising policies and industry regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, or related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in advertising, brand management, or media planning.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising tools and platforms.
  • Good knowledge of media buying, budget allocation, and ROI tracking.
  • Excellent communication, creative thinking, and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with creative agencies.
  • Strong copy writing and visual branding skills.
  • Knowledge of market research and audience targeting.
