As an Advanced Analyst at Knowcraft Analytics Private Limited, you will be responsible for performing US Valuations with a high level of expertise and precision. **Key Responsibilities:** - Gather all necessary information and data required for valuation purposes. - Efficiently plan and manage your work schedule to ensure timely completion of projects. - Evaluate the adequacy and usability of data for valuation purposes to keep projects on schedule. - Conduct various financial analyses, build financial models, and prepare detailed reports based on company, industry, and economic research. - Review your work and that of your team members to maintain a high-quality work product. - Engage in client conference calls and technical discussions both internally and externally. - Execute engagements under the guidance and supervision of senior team members. **Qualification and Educational Requirements:** - Ideal candidates are CA Freshers or MBA Freshers. - Additional qualifications such as an MS in Finance or a CFA from the CFA Institute, US are preferred. - Certifications like CVA, ASA, and/or ABV would be advantageous. You should possess: - A minimum of 6-18 months of experience in valuation and/or consulting. - Previous experience in working at a valuation or analytics firm. - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues, seniors, and clients. - Excellent quantitative, analytical, written, and presentation abilities.
