Role Overview

planning, launching, monitoring, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute

  Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns

  for residential/off-plan properties
• Conduct

  audience research, competitor analysis & keyword planning

• Optimize campaigns for

  lead quality, cost efficiency, and conversion rates

• Monitor performance dashboards, track KPIs & maintain campaign documentation
• Coordinate with the marketing specialist for

  creative briefs & funnel alignment

• Suggest improvements in

  landing pages, funnels & ad creatives

  to enhance results
• Prepare

  weekly and monthly performance reports

  with insights and action items
• Stay updated with

  platform policies, real-estate ad guidelines & algorithm updates

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience running

  Meta Ads & Google Ads

  (real estate background is a plus)
• Strong understanding of

  lead gen funnels, CPL optimization & retargeting

• Hands-on with

  Google Analytics, Tag Manager & UTM tracking

• Ability to

  interpret data & make performance-driven decisions

• Familiar with

  ad creatives, hooks, ad angles & audience segmentation

Performance Metrics (KPIs)

• Cost per Lead (CPL) improvement
• Lead quality & conversion ratio
• Campaign ROAS & ROI contribution
• Timely delivery of campaigns & reports
