Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and highly analytical Ads Manager for our E-commerce business, with a strong focus on managing and optimizing Amazon PPC and other marketplace advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing effective ad strategies, executing campaigns, and driving measurable growth in sales and product visibility on Amazon and other relevant platforms. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display). Monitor daily performance of ad campaigns and make data-driven decisions to improve results. Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting. Analyze campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights to enhance sales and profitability. Collaborate with the e-commerce, design, and content teams to develop high-converting product listings and ad creatives. Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI. Stay updated with the latest Amazon advertising trends, tools, and policies. Identify new opportunities to expand advertising efforts on Amazon and other e-commerce marketplaces. Troubleshoot campaign issues and ensure compliance with platform policies. Generate regular performance reports for management with clear KPIs and improvement plans. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field. 2–4 years of proven experience managing Amazon PPC and marketplace ads. In-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Advertising Console. Strong understanding of performance marketing and conversion optimization. Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel/Google Sheets, Amazon reports, etc.). Ability to create and optimize ad creatives, headlines, and product detail page content in alignment with ad strategies. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with additional marketplaces like Amazon Ads, Blinkit Ads etc. Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar for keyword and performance research. Basic knowledge of SEO for product listings. Experience with A/B testing for ads and product listings. Certification in Amazon Advertising is a plus.
