Role Overview: As an Ad Ops Associate for AdPushup, your role is crucial to the organization as the strongest customer advocate. You will be responsible for account optimization, management, and customer support. Your primary goal will be to ensure the fulfillment of customer requirements in the most efficient manner by creating a knowledge base and designing systems for optimal customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Help users familiarize themselves with the product, optimize their ad layouts, and utilize other services effectively. - Manage DFP, Header Bidding, and individual tag-based partners to set up ad optimization, continuously test and review results to increase yield. - Resolve customer queries promptly with exceptional customer service. - Develop a knowledge base and canned responses for common queries. - Collaborate with internal teams to address their issues. - Aid users in better understanding the tool/product. - Ensure users can utilize AdPushup optimally by optimizing their ad layouts, demand, and yield. Qualifications Required: - Understanding of analytics, ad networks (AdSense, AdX, and DFP), and A/B testing; customer support and SaaS. - Basic knowledge of HTML, JS, and Ad Operations. - Smartness and ability to efficiently complete tasks. - Curious and inquisitive mindset. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Data-driven mentality focusing on experimentation and optimization. - Willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team.
