Job Description

You are seeking an experienced Adobe Journey Optimizer Consultant to join our team in Bengaluru (Hybrid model). As an expert in Adobe Journey Optimizer, your role will involve providing solution consulting to clients aiming to adopt the Adobe Experience Cloud and support business transformation. This position combines pre-sales and solution implementation responsibilities, demanding a deep technical platform understanding and practical marketing activation experience. Your contributions as an Adobe Journey Optimizer Specialist will encompass three key areas: 1. Pre-sales Support - Collaborating closely with growth, alliances, and client service teams to expedite the sales process and onboard satisfied clients. This includes defining marketing technology strategies, roadmaps, budgets, and drafting proposals and Statements of Work (SoWs). 2. Solution Implementation - Engaging with clients on product implementations to assist them in defining solutions and accelerating delivery. You may act as a product owner or support a client product owner in large-scale implementations and transformation programs. 3. Internal Capability Enablement - Partnering with internal teams to drive practice growth through knowledge sharing, service definition, training, and partner certification. In this role, you will be actively involved in hands-on delivery of solutions, serving as a functional lead on significant implementations. Accountable to a program leadership team, you will drive successful Journey Optimizer implementations, business enablement, and migration/marketing activation work packages related to marketing technology. Your success will hinge on your resilience, decisiveness, and unwavering commitment to leading solution delivery efforts. While flexibility is crucial, your daily responsibilities are expected to include: - Organizing and facilitating discovery and business requirement gathering workshops - Crafting Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Epics, and Stories - Defining solution and technical architecture - Managing business objectives and requirements throughout delivery, coordinating dependencies and priorities across multiple teams - Supervising acceptance testing and issue resolution - Collaborating with strategy and planning teams to outline marketing activation use cases that capitalize on solution capabilities and Accenture best practices - Leading marketing activation teams in delivering use cases, customer journeys, and campaigns Qualifications required for this role include: - At least 2 years of experience and expertise with Adobe products - A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience working with Adobe Journey Optimizer - Bachelor's degree or equivalent,
