About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Custom Software Engineer to design, develop, and enhance application components using modern frameworks and agile methodologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-performance solutions that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the application development lifecycle, ensuring robust and efficient builds.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
Collaborate with and guide the team, ensuring effective decision-making and execution.
Drive key technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
Provide solutions to technical challenges within and across teams.
Conduct code reviews and uphold best practices for clean, maintainable code.
Implement scalable, secure, and optimized application designs.

Skills & Expertise

Must Have:

Strong hands-on experience with
Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
Solid understanding of application development concepts
Experience in building scalable and high-performing applications
Knowledge of SDLC processes and best practices
Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities

Good to Have:

Working knowledge of
Java Enterprise Edition

Additional Details

The role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience, particularly in AEP.
Candidates must have completed 15 years of full-time education.
