Adobe CJA and AEP Specialist

You are a skilled Adobe Experience Platform professional with a strong background in delivering scalable, data-driven customer solutions. With over 5 years of experience in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time CDP, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), you have a proven track record of turning data into actionable insights to enhance customer engagement, optimize marketing journeys, and improve reporting efficiency across various industries such as BFSI, retail, e-commerce, insurance, and telecom. **Key Responsibilities:** - Utilize Adobe Experience Cloud tools including AEP, RT-CDP, AJO, CJA, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Tags/Launch, Web SDK, Mobile SDK, and Event Forwarding for developing customer solutions. - Implement data engineering and cloud technologies such as SQL, Snowflake, AWS (Athena & S3), JSON, and API integrations to support analytics and personalization. - Manage analytics and tag management tools like GA4, GTM, Data Warehouse, Server-Side Migration, and Cross-Channel Attribution. - Use programming languages like JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, Git, and Postman for effective solution development. - Apply approaches such as Data Governance, Identity Resolution, Privacy Compliance, Agile Delivery, and Solution Architecture to drive successful project outcomes. **Qualifications Required:** - Proficiency in Adobe Experience Platform and related tools. - Strong expertise in data engineering and cloud technologies. - Experience in analytics, tag management, and programming languages. - Knowledge of various approaches for effective solution development.
