Adobe Campaign Consultant

As an Adobe Campaign Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to lead client engagements by understanding their technical and business requirements. You will conduct workshops, present solution insights, and analyze the benefits of various software features and developments. Your role will involve providing hands-on consultancy for Adobe Campaign setup, post-implementation support, and developing client-specific solutions. You will also be responsible for evaluating client requirements, designing and configuring Adobe Campaign workflows, customizing campaign configurations, troubleshooting technical issues, and developing implementation strategies. In addition to the technical aspects, you will prepare detailed estimates and proposals for consulting engagements, maintain accurate documentation, conduct knowledge transfer sessions and training for client teams, manage product upgrades, and provide project status updates to management. Collaboration with the onshore consulting team and adherence to high-quality technical delivery standards will be crucial in this role. To excel in this position, you must possess strong proficiency in SQL development and ETL processes, experience with scripting or programming, and a proven track record in implementing Adobe Campaign. Excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently under pressure, and willingness to work across different time zones are essential. You should also have strong presentation skills, as well as experience managing multiple clients and expectations simultaneously. Preferred qualifications include experience handling multiple projects and system integrations, familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud applications, advanced SQL knowledge, working knowledge of XML and DOM-related technologies, and exposure to dynamic web development and personalization strategies.
