Adobe Campaign Consultant

As a Consultant for Adobe Campaign, your main responsibilities will include leading consultative engagements with clients to understand their technical and business challenges. This will involve delivering workshops, presenting solution overviews, and providing benefits analysis of software features and developments. You will also be tasked with providing consulting services to support clients in the implementation, adoption, operation, and expansion of Adobe Campaign at their organizations. Key responsibilities will include working with clients to assess their requirements, configuring and designing Adobe Campaign to meet customer business needs, setting up ETL and data-flows, and building web pages using scripting. You will be expected to develop customer-specific solutions where necessary, conduct proactive problem diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution, and create implementation plans for both new and existing clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating accurate estimates and quotations for Adobe Campaign consulting services, maintaining relevant documentation such as requirements, functional and technical specifications, and ensuring knowledge transfer and training for customers on the implemented solutions. You will also be involved in product upgrades and configuration activities, reporting on project delivery to project management, and managing projects independently in smaller projects that do not have dedicated project managers. Furthermore, you will be required to build strong working relationships with the onshore consulting team, learn and adopt best practices from global teams, and collaborate closely with the quality assurance team to ensure the professional delivery of technical implementations. Overall, you will have ownership of the technology solution from estimation and design through to delivery, acceptance, and operation.,
