Adobe Campaign Consultant

As an Adobe Campaign Specialist at a Consulting Major, you will be responsible for leveraging your 3 to 4 years of experience to collaborate effectively within the development and project team. Your primary focus will be to provide technical development skills for the Adobe Campaign Platform, offering guidance on implementation and continuous support to address new requirements efficiently. In this role, you will design schemas, campaigns, and technical workflows, ensuring seamless integration with other data sources such as CRM systems. You will be instrumental in creating design documents and working closely with the team to uphold best practices throughout the project lifecycle. Customer interaction is a key aspect of this role, as you will engage with clients to understand their needs, propose campaign designs, and provide expert guidance on new use cases. Your responsibilities will also include contributing to best practices for managing performance and scalability, diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to the Campaign platform, and ensuring the quality of work meets the highest standards. It will be essential to provide accurate development estimates, understand deployment methodologies for Adobe Campaign platforms, and exhibit a strong grasp of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, relational databases, and data modeling. Effective communication skills are crucial in this role, as you will be required to interact with clients and collaborate with internal teams effectively. Additionally, having a Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, along with relevant certifications, will be advantageous. The base location for this position is Bengaluru, and travel to client locations is not required. The default way of working is a hybrid model, with each domain customizing the approach based on specific needs.
