Adobe Analytics Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of Adobe Analytics across web and mobile platforms using WebSDK & MobileSDK.
• Drive digital analytics strategy, tool selection, and data governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into measurable KPIs.
• Analyze customer journeys and behavior using Adobe Analytics and provide actionable insights.
• Guide tagging implementation and validation processes using tools like Adobe Launch.
• Present reports and dashboards to leadership, with clear data storytelling.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts and developers.
• Maintain documentation for analytics implementations, data layers, and tagging strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of total experience in digital analytics or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Web Analytics.
• At least 3+ years in a

  leadership or technical lead role

• Adobe Analytics Certification Mandatory

• Hands-on experience with

  Analytics WebSDK

• Strong understanding of

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):

• Experience with Adobe Launch or other Tag Management Systems.
• Exposure to ERP, SaaS, or enterprise platform analytics.
• Knowledge of social and mobile media analytics.
• Industry domain expertise (e.g., Retail, BFSI, Media, High-tech).
• Web development or optimization consulting background.
• Familiarity with Flash, ActionScript, or Flex.
