Essential functions/responsibilities

• Implement and manage Adobe Analytics solutions to track and analyze web traffic, user behavior, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Work with the business partners/ developers/architects to devise and deploy event driven data layer (ACDL & Google data layer).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish reporting frameworks aligned with business goals.
• Design and generate comprehensive reports and dashboards that provide stakeholders with a clear understanding of digital performance metrics and trends.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of data to identify opportunities for improvement and provide actionable recommendations to enhance digital strategies.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in Adobe Analytics, recommending and implementing updates and optimizations as needed.
• Work closely with developers and IT teams to ensure proper data collection and implementation of tracking requirements.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on Adobe Analytics tools and methodologies.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to implement tagging strategies for tracking marketing campaigns and content performance.
• Continuously assess and enhance data quality and integrity to ensure reliable and accurate reporting.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of in digital analytics experience focusing on:
• Fundamentals of tracking and tagging for measurement 
• Variety of tag management system experience (or very strong knowledge of Adobe Launch) 
• JavaScript, including common libraries (e.g. jQuery) 
• HTML & CSS 
• Experience in Adobe Analytics WebSDK and MobileSDK implementation.
• Experience in Adobe Target A/B Test, Experience Targeting and Recommendations
• Experience in Google Analytics (GA4) implementation
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Experienced in debugging client-side applications (AEP Debugger, Assurance, Omnibug)
• Adobe Analytics certification(s) – Adobe Analytics Business Practitioner / Adobe Analytics Developer or any other relevant certification(s).
