Adobe Analytics Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Adobe Analytics Developer to implement, configure, and maintain Adobe Analytics solutions across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics, JavaScript, and tag management systems, and will work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to deliver actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Adobe Analytics across web and mobile platforms.
• Develop and maintain custom JavaScript solutions for data collection.
• Work with tag management systems (e.g., Adobe Launch, DTM) to deploy and manage analytics tags.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define tracking requirements and ensure accurate data capture.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for analytics solutions.
• Analyse data quality and ensure data integrity across platforms.
• Support reporting and dashboard creation using Adobe Analytics Workspace.
• Stay updated with the latest Adobe Analytics features and best practices.
• Lead and mentor the analytics team, providing technical guidance and professional development.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define analytics requirements, KPIs, and data strategies.
• Architect and manage robust data collection frameworks using Adobe Launch, DTM, and custom JavaScript.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex analytics implementation issues.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, best practices, and governance standards.
• Analyse and interpret data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to business teams.
• Support reporting, dashboard creation, and advanced segmentation in Adobe Analytics Workspace.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and engineering.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Adobe Certified Professional – Adobe Analytics Developer
• 7+ years of experience implementing Adobe Analytics.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with tag management systems (Adobe Launch, DTM, GTM, Branch and Netcore).
• Understanding of digital marketing concepts and KPIs.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with mobile app analytics (Adobe SDKs).
• Familiarity with other analytics tools (Google Analytics, Branch, Smartech, etc.).
• Knowledge of data layer and event-driven data collection.
• Experience with A/B testing and personalization tools (Adobe Target, Optimizely).
