The Admission Counselor is responsible for guiding prospective students and parents through the school’s admission process, from inquiry to enrollment. The role involves counseling families, managing admission documentation, organizing school tours, and ensuring a smooth and positive admission experience that aligns with the school’s values and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all admission-related inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
• Provide accurate information about the school’s curriculum, programs, facilities, and admission procedures to prospective parents and students.
• Counsel parents to understand their needs and guide them in selecting the right program for their child.
• Coordinate and conduct school tours, orientation sessions, and open house events.
• Maintain and update prospective student databases and follow up regularly to ensure conversions.
• Assist in managing the end-to-end admission process — application forms, document collection, and verification.
• Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for entrance tests, interviews, and admission approvals.
• Support marketing and promotional activities such as school fairs, exhibitions, and community events.
• Track and report admission statistics, inquiries, and conversion rates.
• Ensure that all communication with parents reflects the school’s brand and values.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in counseling, admissions, or customer service (experience in a school or educational setup preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, approachable, and empathetic attitude when dealing with parents and students.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM or school ERP systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet admission targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
