We are hiring an Admissions Officer to manage enquiries, guide families through the admissions process, and support enrolment goals with clear communication and efficient follow-ups.


Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for prospective parents and students.

• Provide accurate information on curriculum, programmes, and facilities.

• Handle enquiries via phone, email, walk-ins, and digital platforms.

• Maintain enquiry records and support CRM-based follow-ups.

• Coordinate with academic and admin teams for a smooth admissions experience.

• Build strong relationships with prospective families.


Eligibility

• Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam.

• Warm, confident, and professional.

• Experience in admissions/counselling/customer-facing roles preferred.


Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree (education or management background preferred).
