As an Admissions Officer (Field Sales), you will be at the forefront of student recruitment efforts, working directly with prospective students and educational institutions to drive admissions. JobResponsibilities

• Perform outreach activities to recruit prospective students.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve enrollment targets.
• Conduct in-person visits to high schools, community colleges, and educational fairs.
• Deliver engaging presentations about the institution and its programs.
• Manage relationships with school counselors, administrators, and other key stakeholders.
• Participate in on- and off-campus events to promote enrollment.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and prospective student interactions.
• Follow up with prospective students through various communication channels.
• Assist applicants through the admissions process, including answering questions about programs, admissions criteria, and financial aid.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
• Previous experience in sales, recruitment, or admissions.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel frequently and work flexible hours.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
