Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, for an Admissions Officer. The Admissions Officer will manage the end-to-end admissions process, providing guidance and support to prospective students throughout their application journey. Responsibilities include evaluating applications, conducting interviews, assisting with enrollment paperwork, and ensuring compliance with institutional and international admissions standards. Effective communication with applicants and maintaining exemplary customer service are key to this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and a customer-oriented attitude
• Experience with International Admissions processes and procedures
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, both written and verbal
• Knowledge or background in the Education sector or relevant industries
• Ability to manage time effectively and execute tasks accurately
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in admissions or an education-focused role would be advantageous
