Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and student-focused Admissions Officer to manage university and college applications, coordinate with international institutions, and support students through the admissions process.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle student admissions for Australia
• Prepare and submit offer applications to universities and colleges
• Liaise with international institutions for offers, conditions, and deadlines
• Maintain accurate student records and documentation
• Guide students on:
• Course selection
• Entry requirements
• Intakes & timelines
• Follow up on offers, acceptances, and enrolments
• Work closely with counsellors and visa team
• Ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements
• Meet application turnaround and enrolment targets

Eligibility & Skills

• Graduate / Postgraduate (any discipline)
• 1–4 years experience in overseas education admissions preferred BUT FRESHERS CAN ALSO APPLY
• Strong knowledge of:
• Offer letter process & COE procedures
• Excellent communication skills (English preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems
• Ethical, organised, and process-driven

Preferred Experience

• Experience with Australian admissions (highly valued)
• Familiarity with GTE/GS framework (Australia)
• Experience working with university portals

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
