Role Description

The Admissions Officer at AESL in Ernakulam will be responsible for guiding prospective students and their families through the admissions process. Day-to-day tasks include providing information about available programs, responding to inquiries, managing admission applications, processing documents, and maintaining accurate records. The role involves supporting the recruitment of students, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring a seamless enrollment process. This is a full-time, on-site role.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and a customer-focused approach to create positive interactions with students and their families.
• Experience in International Admissions and an understanding of the education industry processes and practices.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and effectively.
• Proficiency in Customer Service with the ability to provide exceptional and professional support to prospective students and guardians.
• Academic background in Education or a related field is preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented and dynamic environment.
