Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Officer located in Bihar. The Admissions Officer will be responsible for handling student inquiries and admissions processes, providing information and support to students and parents, facilitating the admissions process, and ensuring a smooth and efficient customer service experience. They will also be involved in coordinating with educational institutions and maintaining student records.

Qualifications

• Experience in International Admissions and Customer Service
• Knowledge of the education sector and admissions processes
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, or related field
• Experience in the educational services industry is a plus
