Counsel students and parents about courses, career options, and institute benefits. Convert inquiries into admissions through effective communication and follow-ups. 💡 Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Plan and execute online marketing campaigns to generate quality leads. Promote Arena’s courses on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google Ads, WhatsApp, etc.). Support content creation and manage online engagement with potential students. Coordinate with the marketing team for online/offline promotional events and workshops. 📊 Reporting & Coordination Maintain lead data, admission reports, and conversion tracking. Coordinate with academic and marketing teams for smooth student onboarding. --- Required Skills: Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Strong convincing and counseling abilities. Knowledge of Digital Marketing tools & platforms. Experience in lead generation, social media handling, or content promotion. Good command over MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools. --- Qualifications: Graduate in any stream (Marketing, Mass Communication, or related preferred). 1–3 years of experience in student counseling, sales, or digital marketing.
