Role Description

This is a full/part time hybrid role for an Admissions Counselor located in Noida. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing information on programs, assisting with application procedures, and ensuring excellent customer service. Daily tasks include meeting with potential students, giving campus tours, conducting interviews, and participating in admissions events. The role also involves working closely with the sales team to meet enrollment targets and collaborating with the education department to ensure accurate program details are communicated.

Qualifications

• Excellent Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
• Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
• Experience in the Education sector
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field is preferred
• Experience working in admissions or a similar role is beneficial
