Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a SE Trainer cum Edu Counsellor located in India. The SE Trainer cum Edu Counsellor will be responsible for designing and conducting training sessions, counseling students on educational growth, monitoring student progress, and developing individualized learning plans. The role also involves providing support and guidance to students, addressing their academic and career-related concerns, and ensuring a positive learning experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and conducting training sessions
• Ability to counsel students on educational and career growth
• Monitoring and evaluating student progress
• Development of individualized learning plans
• Strong communication skills and the ability to provide support and guidance
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to address student concerns
• Ability to work on-site in India
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Experience in the education sector is a plus
