You will be responsible for assessing students" academic backgrounds and extracurricular activities, providing information on various programs and majors, and assisting them in the admission process to Parul University. To excel in this role, you must possess a combination of knowledge, resourcefulness, and strong communication skills. Your responsibilities will include highlighting the benefits of specific courses to attract a diverse student population, staying updated on university admission processes and requirements, and maintaining a thorough understanding of educational legislation, trends, and resources. Additionally, you will be required to handle both inbound and outbound calls, follow up on leads from different sources, counsel potential candidates on career options, address their queries, and maintain regular communication to convert leads into admissions. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a minimum graduation degree, with fluency in English communication (speaking, writing, and understanding). Confidence, resourcefulness, and supportive communication skills are key competencies required for this role.
