New Cambridge College is seeking a dedicated Admissions Counselor - Front Desk Staff to join our team in Chandigarh, India. As an Admissions Counselor, your responsibilities will include tele-calling, managing admissions and enrollments, handling administrative tasks, and maintaining data records. You will be working full-time from 9 am to 6 pm, six days a week. At New Cambridge College, we are committed to guiding and supporting motivated students in achieving their academic goals. Our institution provides exam preparation for GRE, GMAT, and SAT, as well as assistance with IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, and French classes. As an Admissions Counselor, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the admissions process for prospective students. Your duties will involve conducting informational sessions, responding to inquiries, processing applications, and collaborating with various departments to deliver a seamless admission experience. The ideal candidate for this position should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, exceptional customer service and sales abilities, experience in the education sector, excellent organizational and administrative capabilities, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively. A Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field is required, with prior experience in college admissions counseling considered a plus.
