Admissions Counselor

As a Purchase Order Coordinator, your role involves converting all the PR from the stores into Purchase orders in Orion. You will be responsible for preparing Purchase orders for the vendors, arranging and coordinating quotations & samples from Companies for approvals. It will be your duty to confirm with vendors about the receipt of Purchase orders and coordinate with them during emergency requirements or shortages of material. You will also handle issues and queries of stores related to billing, including the modification of bills in the system due to the submission of incorrect invoices or bills. Regular follow-up with vendors for pending material and maintaining all vendor-related data will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be required to prepare various departmental MIS as and when required by the HOD. Participation in Quality Improvement Initiatives and following organizational protocols is essential. Other responsibilities may be assigned as per the requirements of the HOD. This is a Full-time, Permanent position that offers benefits such as Leave encashment, Paid sick time, and Provident Fund. The work schedule includes Day shift, Fixed shift, and Morning shift. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of relevant work experience. The work location is in person.,
