Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor located in New Delhi. The Admissions Counselor will engage with parents and prospective students to understand their educational needs, guide them through the application process, and provide support throughout their school search. Daily tasks include managing inquiries, conducting consultations, building relationships with schools and parents, and ensuring a seamless admission process.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills
• Customer Service and Sales experience
• Background in Education
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Excellent organizational skills
• Previous experience in admissions counseling or related fields is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, or related field
