Job Description Admissions Advisor (Walk-In Interview - Immediate Hiring) Walk-In Interview Details Location : IIDE Corporate Office Address : CHSL, Dhanraj Mill Compound, IIDE, 1st Floor, Dhanlaxmi Industrial Estate, SJ Marg, Lower Parel, Maharashtra 400013 To Ask For : Farwah (HR Team) Timings : Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (excluding public holidays) About The Role IIDE is conducting walk-in interviews for Admissions Advisors who can assist students in selecting the right programs and guide them through the enrollment process. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills and an interest in sales and education counseling . Key Responsibilities Counsel students about IIDE’s digital marketing courses, helping them choose the right path based on their interests and career aspirations. Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to assess student needs Convert inquiries into admissions through structured follow-ups Maintain lead databases and ensure seamless CRM updates Requirements Who Can Apply? Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience in sales or counseling Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills Based in Mumbai and willing to work from the office Requirements Required Experience and Qualifications: 10 years of work experience in sales Must have managed a team of 30+ Excellent communication and management skills Deep understanding of conversion rates Strong sales orientation and customer focus Working knowledge of CRMs and Sales automation tools Must be proficient in MS-Office Great objection handling skills Expected KPIs Maintaining hygiene in lead funnel to arrive at desired sales Improving and maintaining sales conversion rates Monitoring calls and sales counselors’ productivity.
