Job Description

Role & responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in and telephonic enquiries, providing accurate information about language courses, following up with prospective students, converting enquiries into admissions, managing front office operations, coordinating with trainers and students, maintaining enquiry and admission records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative functioning of the institute.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate in any discipline (Diploma/Graduate preferred).

1-3 years of experience in front office, admissions, admin, or customer handling roles (experience in an education or training institute will be an added advantage).

Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Kannada and Hindi is highly preferred.

Ability to handle walk-in and telephonic enquiries professionally and convert enquiries into admissions.

Good follow-up and persuasion skills with a student-centric approach.

Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, WhatsApp, CRM or enquiry tracking).

Organized, presentable, and confident personality with good interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and manage front office operations efficiently.
