Position: Admission Telecaller

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents regarding admissions.
• Provide detailed information about the courses, eligibility, admission process, and benefits of studying at Alpine.
• Maintain follow-up with leads and ensure conversion of inquiries into admissions.
• Update and maintain the student database/CRM with accuracy.
• Coordinate with the admission counsellors and marketing team for effective lead management.
• Achieve weekly and monthly call & admission targets.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum Graduate in any stream.
• Prior experience in telecalling, counselling, or admissions preferred.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Confidence, persuasion skills, and the ability to handle queries patiently.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools is an added advantage.
