Job Opening: Admission & Outreach Manager

We’re hiring an experienced Admission & Outreach Manager to drive enrollment for our School of Architecture & Design! If you have a passion for design education and a proven track record of hitting targets, we want you on our team.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the Process: Manage the full admissions process, from initial inquiry to final enrollment for Design Programmes.
• Advising: Counsel prospective students and families on suitable design programmes and help them navigate the application process.
• Sales & Outreach: Clearly articulate the value of a design education with us and conduct high-quality consultations.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly enrollment goals for our design programs.
• Partnerships: Develop and execute collaborations with various relevant sources and educational partners.

  What we’re looking for:

• A graduate with 3+ years of dedicated experience in admissions, ideally with Design, Fine Arts, Architecture or Creative courses.
• A history of consistently achieving enrollment targets.
• Excellent communication, consultative sales skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
• A self-starter who can manage a large applicant pipeline effectively.
