Key Responsibilities:

Admissions & Application Processing

• Evaluate and process applications from prospective students applying to universities and programs in Australia, New Zealand, and the UAE.
  
• Assess academic qualifications based on admission requirements specific to these countries, including English language proficiency standards such as IELTS/UKVI.
  
• Guide applicants through the submission of essential documents, including transcripts, personal statements, recommendation letters, and visa-related paperwork.
  

Student Recruitment & Market Outreach

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with educational institutions, agents, and counselors in Pakistan and Bangladesh focused on these regions.
  
• Represent the organization or partnered universities from Australia, New Zealand, and the UAE at regional recruitment fairs, school visits, webinars, and virtual events.
  
• Support the development and localization of promotional materials designed to attract students from South Asia interested in studying in Australia, New Zealand, or the UAE.
  

Student Support & Conversion

• Provide comprehensive support to students and families throughout the pre-application and post-application stages.
  
• Follow up with leads and applicants to maximize conversion from inquiry to enrollment.
  
• Assist with pre-departure briefings and onboarding for students admitted to universities in Australia, New Zealand, and the UAE.
  

Market Intelligence & Strategy

• Monitor education trends, visa policies, and competitive landscapes relevant to Australia, New Zealand, and the UAE in Pakistan and Bangladesh.
  
• Share insights regarding student motivations, challenges, and cultural factors affecting recruitment from the region.
  
• Contribute to the design and implementation of targeted recruitment strategies for institutions in these countries.
