Role Summary

Admission Counselor (Inside Sales)

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through

  inbound inquiries, outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups

  .
• Achieve

  admission targets

  and contribute to monthly/quarterly revenue goals.
• Counsel students and parents about course offerings, eligibility, program structure, and career outcomes.
  
• Understand student needs and recommend the most suitable MAHE programs.
  
• Manage the

  end-to-end admissions cycle

  including application support and documentation.
• Provide clear information on

  admission requirements, enrollment procedures, deadlines

  , and financial details.
• Maintain accurate records and track lead status using

  CRM tools

  .
• Coordinate with students/parents to ensure timely submission of documents and smooth onboarding.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong ability to

  empathize, counsel, and build rapport

  with students and parents.
• Proven experience in

  target-driven inside sales / B2C sales / admissions counseling

  .
• Strong communication skills with

  fluency in English and Hindi

  .
• Experience working with

  CRM systems

  .
• Excellent

  listening, negotiation, and presentation

  skills.

• Any Graduate

  (mandatory).
