Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage with parents and students through tele-calling and counseling sessions to understand their learning needs.
  • Recommend and enroll students in appropriate online or offline learning programs.
  • Meet weekly enrollment targets and achieve other key performance objectives.
  • Follow up on leads generated through multiple channels and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Efficiently manage, update, and track student and lead data in the system.
  • Convert assigned leads into successful enrollments through outbound, inbound, and follow-up calls.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance conversion rates and achieve overall sales goals.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to build long-term, trust-based relationships with students and parents.
  • Utilize CRM software and other digital tools to monitor leads, streamline the enrollment process, and enhance student engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
  • 0–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Counseling.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) .
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and email campaign tools is an added advantage.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Malayalam and English.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented, with a strong passion for sales.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality performance.
  • Quick learner with a growth-oriented and positive mindset.
