Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Admission Expert to join our team at the International School of Design, Head Office, New Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of admissions, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to our franchise partners in entire admission process.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee the entire admission process, ensuring timely and efficient processing of applications.

2. Respond to admission inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and online platforms.

3. Coordinate with our franchise partner for the student’s admission

4. Provide excellent customer service to franchise partners regarding the entire process of student’s admission.

5. Develop and implement strategies to improve admission processes and increase student enrolment.

6. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the institution and its programs.

7. Maintain accurate records and reports (MIS) on admission statistics and trends.

Skills & Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience in admissions, preferably in a design or educational institution.

2. Experience in handling offline and online admissions.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Background in design or education.

2. Female candidates preferred.

3. Experience in managing franchise partner relationships.
