Responsible for counseling students on studying abroad (US, UK, Europe, Australia), assisting with applications and documentation, guiding profile building (SOPs, LORs, resumes), tracking visa/application status, resolving queries, promoting services, onboarding new team members, and attending university workshops.

• Counsel students on studying abroad, focusing on the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe, and Australia.
• Assist with university application forms, verification, and submissions.
• Guide students in profile building to enhance their chances of admission to top universities in the US, UK, Europe, and Australia, including crafting impactful resumes, statements of purpose, and letters of recommendation.
• Maintain records of student applications and visa statuses.
• Follow up with students to resolve queries and provide support.
• Organize marketing activities and promote our services.
• Train and onboard new team members.
• Attend university workshops and training sessions

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counselling, or a related field.
• Fresher's - 2 years of experience in the Ed-Tech sector is a must.
• Knowledge of higher education systems in the US, UK, Europe, and Australia is essential.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus
