Job Title: Admission Officer

Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and approachable Admission Officer to oversee the admissions process and act as the primary point of contact for prospective students and their families. This role blends counselling with target-driven tele sales and requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and a customer-focused mindset to deliver a seamless and positive enrolment experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inquiries via phone, email, walk-ins, and proactive tele-calling.
• Conduct target-oriented tele sales to convert leads into confirmed admissions.
• Provide accurate information on programs, eligibility, and admission procedures.
• Review applications, verify documents, and ensure timely submission of requirements.
• Offer personalized guidance and counselling to applicants throughout the enrolment process.
• Organize and coordinate admission-related activities such as open houses, campus tours, and orientation programs.
• Maintain applicant records in CRM systems and generate reports on admissions, conversions, and trends.
• Collaborate with marketing teams on outreach initiatives and with academic teams to address applicant queries or concerns.
• Ensure adherence to institutional policies and relevant educational regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Commerce preferred).
• Prior experience in admissions, counselling, or target-based tele sales is desirable.
• Strong communication skills in English (proficiency in Malayalam preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
