Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel and guide students about courses and admission procedures.
  • Handle walk-in, call, and online inquiries effectively.
  • Follow up with potential students to ensure successful admissions.
  • Maintain and update student records and reports in CRM or database.
  • Coordinate with academic and administrative teams during the admission process.
  • Participate in admission drives, events, and outreach programs.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly admission and enrollment targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in admissions or student counselling (preferably in the education sector).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Basic computer and CRM handling skills.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
