Admission Counselor

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective students and parents through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messaging platforms.
• Provide detailed information on UG/PG courses, eligibility criteria, fees, scholarships, and admission timelines.
• Conduct one-on-one career counselling and admission guidance sessions to help students choose suitable programs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records in the CRM system, tracking lead status and follow-up activities.
• Follow up consistently with interested candidates to ensure high conversion and enrollment rates.
• Work towards achieving monthly admission and enrollment targets while maintaining a consultative approach.
• Address student concerns, clarify doubts, and build long-term trust through effective communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and positive admission experience for students.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any stream
• 0–2 years of experience.
• Prior experience in admission counselling, education sales, academic advising, or customer engagement preferred.
• Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn are welcome.
• Strong verbal communication, active listening, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple student interactions and work in a target-driven environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
