Admission Counselor

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate, engaging, and up-to-date information about Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) programs, including eligibility criteria, curriculum structure, career paths, and placement opportunities.
• Engage with prospective students via calls, emails, and chat to understand their academic background, interests, and career aspirations.
• Conduct personalized counseling sessions to assess student profiles and recommend suitable programs aligned with their goals.
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the admission journey, offering ongoing support, guidance, reminders, and motivation until enrollment is complete.
• Achieve monthly enrollment, conversion, and follow-up targets while ensuring high levels of student satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of student interactions, progress, and follow-up activities using the CRM system.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience; prior experience in admissions, academic counseling, customer engagement, or inside sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and people skills are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an empathetic, student-centric counseling approach.
• Goal-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable working in a target-based environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
