Job Description

  • Attend walk-in, call, WhatsApp, and online enquiries from parents.
  • Provide clear information about the preschool, programs, fees, facilities, and admission process.

· · Understand parents' needs and guide them about the right program (Playgroup, Nursery, etc.).

· · Build trust and maintain a positive relationship with parents.

· · Regular follow-up with leads through calls, messages, and emails.

· · Maintain proper records of leads and convert them into admissions.

· · Provide admission forms, help parents fill them, and explain required documents.

· · Coordinate with accounts for fee structure, payment updates, and receipts.

· · Update lead sheets, enquiry registers, admission trackers.

· · Maintain daily reports of enquiries, follow-ups, and closures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
