Job Description

Responsibilities:

Connect & Engage: Reach out to potential students via calls, emails, and chats to understand their educational background and career interests.
Advise Thoughtfully: Match students with the right UG/PG programs based on their aspirations — not just to enroll them, but to genuinely help them succeed.
Be Their Guide: Support students at every step — from first inquiry to final enrollment — making the process smooth, clear, and confidence-building.
Communicate with Clarity: Break down program details, course schedules, tuition fees, scholarships, and application steps in a way that’s easy to understand and inspires trust.
Stay Organized: Use CRM tools to manage inquiries, track applicant progress, and plan follow-ups — ensuring no opportunity slips through the cracks.
Drive Results: Work towards monthly enrollment goals through consistent follow-ups, relationship-building, and a consultative approach to conversions.

Qualifications:

A graduate or postgraduate in any discipline
0–2 years of experience in counseling, inside sales, student advisory, or customer-facing roles (fresh graduates are welcome!)
Strong communication skills — you can simplify complex information and build rapport easily

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
