Role Overview: As an Admission Counselor at our Ernakulam location, you will play a vital role in guiding prospective students and families through the admissions process. Your main responsibilities will include providing detailed information about courses, ensuring a personalized admissions experience, and developing relationships with potential applicants. Additionally, you will handle administrative tasks related to admissions on a daily basis. Key Responsibilities: - Guide prospective students and families through the admissions process - Provide detailed information about courses and programs - Develop and maintain relationships with prospective applicants - Address inquiries and convert them into successful enrollments - Handle administrative tasks related to admissions Qualifications Required: - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Proficiency in customer service and sales roles - Experience or familiarity with the education sector - Effective organizational and time-management abilities - Ability to work in a dynamic, on-site team environment - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience preferred - Prior experience in counseling or admissions roles is a plus - Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships Note: Immediate joiners preferred. Salary ranges from 16k to 25k.
