Position: Admission Counselor

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Guide prospective students through the admission process with professionalism and care.
• Conduct counseling sessions to understand students’ needs and recommend suitable courses.
• Manage inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the sales and academic teams to achieve enrollment targets.
• Assist in organizing webinars, workshops, and promotional events for prospective students.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the student experience.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in admissions, counseling, or sales (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Passion for education and helping students achieve their goals.
